CCPM

A GitHub-based planning skill for breaking requirements into issues and parallel agent work.

What it helps with

CCPM turns a product requirement into epics, tasks, GitHub issues, worktrees, and traceable agent execution. Its current version follows the Agent Skills standard and names Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, Cursor, and other compatible harnesses. An agency can use it when several developers or agents need a shared issue trail. It is not a general project-management product: it assumes Git, authenticated GitHub CLI, shell scripts, and disciplined merge/review practices.

Best fit

Best for technical teams already managing work in GitHub Issues; not for non-Git teams or unsupervised parallel changes.

Setup reality

Needs developer because GitHub CLI authentication, skill placement, optional extensions, worktrees, and concurrency controls are prerequisites.

License context

Permissive licenseBusiness use and modification are generally allowed. Keep required notices and review trademarks, dependencies, and hosted-service terms.
